We are proud to be a British pub and think ourselves incredibly lucky to be housed in Kent, the Garden of England for its abundance of orchards, hop gardens and exceptional local suppliers.
From our Whitstable oysters, Kent gem and new potatoes to our Brogdale Farm berry Pavlova and Kentish blue – some of the finest produce from local farms and fishermen make its way on to our menus. When it comes to our food, there’s one thing for certain. Head Chef Cesar and his kitchen team will blow you away with their fresh, seasonal and quintessentially British dishes.
Whether you like your meat well done or medium rare, our 28 day dry-aged Aberdeen Angus steaks are grilled to perfection on our theatrical charcoal garden grill along with our iconic Cote de Boeuf and Whole Chicken sharers. Hungry for breakfast? Enjoy a full English or scrambled Heritage Eggs and Severn & Wye smoked salmon, our breakfast and brunch treats for lazy weekend mornings make getting out of bed worthwhile.
